What Rainmaker does

Rainmaker researches public business websites, creates acquisition plans and audit previews, drafts outreach, and measures recorded campaign activity. AI can be wrong. We do not guarantee customers, conversion rates, or revenue. Website findings are research observations, not legal or professional advice.

Your data

We store your ChatGPT user identifier and business workspace data to provide the service. This includes websites, research, business contact channels, communications, job history, and billing identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; Rainmaker does not receive full card numbers. No ad trackers, tracking pixels, data sales, or inferred private contacts are used.

No sensitive records

Do not provide patient information, PHI, passwords, full payment details, or other sensitive personal records. Rainmaker is for public business acquisition research and makes no HIPAA-compliance claim.

Research and outreach

We use public business sources with retained evidence. Source content cannot instruct our agents. Current delivery requires an eligible US business recipient, a configured sender, a valid postal address, explicit recipient opt-in, first-contact approval, and suppression checks. Follow-ups stop after replies, opt-outs, complaints, or a safety threshold. Public contact details do not establish consent. The service does not claim legal compliance in every jurisdiction.

Opting out

Every sent commercial message includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs do not require sign-in and are enforced across Rainmaker campaigns. A minimal hashed suppression record is retained to prevent future contact.

Billing and spending

The free plan includes initial website analysis and acquisition preview. Growth is $149 USD per month for ongoing prospect research, personalized audits, and outreach drafts, with research scheduled daily. Automated email campaigns are not active and are not part of the current paid offering. The number of suitable prospects depends on available evidence; there is no guaranteed lead count. Checkout shows the actual charge before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Refunds follow applicable law and the circumstances of the request; an AI agent cannot promise a refund that has not been issued.

Rainmaker does not take on debt or use the owner’s outside funds for growth. Reinvestment eligibility is capped at 20% of recorded net revenue, with 80% of remaining profit reserved. Eligibility does not authorize a purchase or establish settled cash availability. Spending stays disabled until payment settlement, provider limits, and account authority can be verified.

Providers and retention

The public website uses Google Firebase Hosting. Workspace hosting, identity, and database services use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Research and support use OpenAI model resources. Stripe receives billing data. AgentMail provides our business inbox and processes messages you send to request information or support. Inbox replies are AI-assisted and limited to your request; emailing us does not subscribe you to a marketing sequence. Workspaces persist until deletion is requested. Financial and audit records may need retention under applicable law. Export is available in Settings. Request deletion through in-app support; deletion requests requiring identity or retention decisions are escalated.

Service availability and support

Native agent runs depend on the host being available and account usage limits. Third-party outages, verification requests, payment disputes, security incidents, and legal requests can require human involvement. The current service is a controlled release; it is not represented as an independently certified or universally autonomous business. Use the in-app support form or email rainmaker-growth@agentmail.to for questions. Do not include passwords or sensitive records.
